Editorials   Dave's Trip to E3
- By Dan Doll

E3 was a blast and we've still got plenty of information to convey to you. NPuzzles staffer Dan was there in a big way, bringing you information on everything from Egg Mania to Zoocube. But where was Dave?

A lot of people assumed Dave couldn't go to the show because he's not quite 18. But now we can show you what really happened.

Better known as Kevlar Gorilla, Dave has been pretty quiet about his E3 experience. That changes here, though, as the photos are back and we can take a look at Dave's Trip to E3!

It all begins in beautiful downtown Los Angeles. Here, Dave collects his bags from the LA International airport.

The flight was long and he's obviously upset about that, but that should change as he heads to E3 itself.

There it is. The entrance to Nintendo's spectacular E3 booth. It's the largest on the show floor, but Dave heads right to the smallest console. Check him out as he tries the new Kururin Paradise on GBA.

Obviously upset at the game's poor lighting, Dave needs to find something to cheer him up. What better way to do that than with booth babes! Below, Dave and Mike Loewer of NAdventures pose for a photo with the babes of the show, the girls of XenGenVideos.

That's enough to cheer any man up... except for Mike. Check out the girls forgetting him and totally getting into Dave. Alright Kevlar Gorilla!

I bet that hurts, doesn't it Mike? After spending some more time with the booth babes, getting their numbers, and inviting them back to the hotel, Dave heads off to check out some more games.

Here Dave checks out one of the PS2's more lackluster titles. Obviously he's still in awe over the earlier events with those booth babes. After seeing a couple more games, Dave heads back to the hotel to wait for his dates to arrive. When he gets there he joins the NGenres Dr. Mario Tournament and makes it to the semi-final round.

Here he is taking on NGenre's Tariq Bashir.

Overall, we'd say Dave had a pretty good time at E3. The excitement, the good times, and the lovely ladies: Dave did it all.

But more than that, he was there to experience the future, the games that are still to come. And let's be honest, that's what it's all about...

...the future of video games.
